capsule studio

A machine of your own work: players pay your capsule price once and get one of your pieces. You set the rarity; the odds are derived from it and published automatically — there is no percentage to type, and no way for the table players see to differ from the one the draw uses. To curate other artists' work, build a reveal machine instead.

before you start

  1. Mint the capsule on Kismet: a priced edition that pays you.
  2. Allow capsule machines on each piece you'll put in, from that piece's page.
  3. Add an unlimited piece as a floor, or cap the capsule at the number of copies you put in, so every capsule sold can always be honoured.

the capsule

The token players mint to play. Its price is the coin slot, its sale window is the season, and its on-chain max supply is the ceiling on how many artworks you can ever owe.

rarity

You give each piece a weight. A piece with twice the weight comes out twice as often.
