description
Welcome to issue 1 of trpplzine and thank you for celebrating onchain poetry with us. In this zine you will find poems from 7 poets who are using blockhain technology to publish (some of) their work. Autumn brings colour to the world. As nature is preparing for winter, the dominant greens are making place for an explosion of reds and golds and browns, a festival of diversity almost as various as the poetry made by onchain poets. This diversity, this variety of voices has inspired the theme for this issue: colour. As its founding principle, trpplzine juxtaposes the use of this modern day technology with the style of being handcrafted by an amateur and the use of traditional tech. The master copy of the zine is collated using paper, scissors, glue and sticky tape. The poems are all copied on an actual typewriter, before being stuck to their pages. Every poem has a short review generated by one of the many AI chatbots available. As a cherry on a very delicious cake, the back of the zine is reserved for a visual artist. We thank our editorial board member floar.eth for the support. Enjoy the read. PS: if you mint this NFT, you will unlock a file that allows you to easily print and spread the zine in your favourite irl places.
